1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between ESCO Logistics LLC, shippers, and authorized motor carriers. By booking freight, registering for specialized programs, or executing a Broker/Carrier Agreement, all parties agree to adhere to these provisions.

2. Carrier Compliance & Safety

Carriers must maintain active operating authority (MC/DOT) registered with the FMCSA, appropriate insurance coverages (including primary liability and motor truck cargo), and abide by all Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.

3. Dedicated Lane Security Deposit Policy

For newly registered motor carrier authorities (under two years), a refundable security deposit of $490 is required to reserve dedicated freight capacity. This deposit is returned in full upon successful delivery of the carrier's initial load.

4. Payment & Settlements

Carrier freight disbursements are processed upon receipt of a clean Bill of Lading (BOL) and Rate Confirmation. Quick Pay disbursements are deposited same-day at a 2% processing fee, or standard 24-hour settlement with zero fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

ESCO Logistics LLC acts solely as a licensed property broker arranging transportation. Physical carriage and cargo handling remain the sole responsibility of the dispatched motor carrier.
